BaltoroFP provides financial planning tools, cash flow projection, statistical modeling, and internal accounting audits. The results generated are estimates based on data entered by the user and do not constitute certified professional financial advice. The user is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information they enter.
The user agrees to use the platform lawfully, without altering its operation or attempting to access third-party data. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
BaltoroFP shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including financial losses based on generated projections. The service is provided "as is," without guarantees of absolute accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
All content, design, algorithms, and documentation of the platform are the property of BaltoroFP. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any part of the service is prohibited.
BaltoroFP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if misuse or violation of these terms is detected. The user may cancel their account at any time by contacting support.
These terms may be updated periodically. We will notify substantial changes through the platform or by email. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of them.
